  • Licenses vary. Dashed tags are non-commercial or personal-use only: print them for your truck, don't sell them. A few are files attached to forum posts with no license stated; those link to the thread.
  • Print in PETG, ASA or nylon. PLA goes soft in a cab in July. Check fitment against your old part before you print ten.

Round headlight ring and shrouds

A ring and two shroud pieces that hold a 7-inch round headlight in the Trooper's headlight opening. Three parts per side. The right side is the original; the left files are mirrored copies, so you don't have to flip anything in the slicer.

Made by an Isuzu owner who shared them free years ago. The original post is gone and we couldn't find who made them, so we're keeping the files alive here. If they're yours, tell us and we'll credit you.

Are these Isuzu Trooper parts free?

Yes. All 37 are free to download from the creator's page. 13 of them are personal or non-commercial use only, so print them for your own rig and don't sell them. The license is on every row.

How do I find the right part for my Isuzu Trooper?

Check the years and trim in what each part fits, match the OEM part number where it's listed (1 of the 37 have one), or compare the old part with the preview photos.

What filament should I print these in?

PETG, ASA or nylon for anything in the cab or under the hood. PLA goes soft in a hot cab, so save it for a test fit. Print one, check the fit, then print the rest.

Where do the files come from?

Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, Cults3D, Thangs, Creality Cloud, MyMiniFactory and owner forums. LRDT doesn't host the files; every part links to its creator's page.
