Dodge Ram 1500
2002–05 4x4
Factory gearing, tires, angles and brakes for the Ram 1500, and what the usual upgrades do to it. Every number is from the maker's own figures unless the calculators say otherwise. A few figures here are still waiting on a factory document; the calculators mark them.

Roof and stability
- Roof load limit
- The 2006 owner's manual's vehicle loading section (p. 309-310) prints no roof load figure. 2006 owner's manual: no roof rack / roof load entry. No roof load published anywhere found. Owner's manuals (US; the Australian RHD Ram manual is the same book) have no roof rack or roof load entry. Mopar sells no roof rack or crossbar for Ram pickups (the Mopar 'Roof Rack Crossbars' parts that come up, 68442426AC and 82216036AC, are Jeep Grand Cherokee / Wagoneer parts). rambodybuilder.com blocks automated fetches (robots) and the search index shows no roof-load topic in the Ram Body Builder's Guide. Aftermarket racks for the cab (Front Runner, Prinsu, upTOP) publish only their own ratings.
