# GX460 to FJ seat swap, net list v2

Reconciled against the four diagrams and the build notes, October 2026. Where the
May net list and the June overview disagreed, the June overview and the FSM-verified
switch map win. Open items are at the bottom; everything else is as built.

Wire classes in the figures: PWR red · GND gray · VENT blue · HEAT amber · SYSB pink.

## 1. Power distribution

| # | From | To | Notes |
|---|------|----|-------|
| 1 | Battery + | Main fuse 40 A, in | 10 AWG feed |
| 2 | Main fuse, out | Relay 30 | |
| 3 | Relay 87 | Blue Sea 5025 input | Whole block is ignition-switched |
| 4 | Key-on fuse slot, add-a-fuse | Relay 86 | Tap oriented so it draws from the switched leg, not the always-hot feed. That orientation is the thing that bit us |
| 5 | Relay 85 | Chassis ground | |

## 2. Fuse block, Blue Sea 5025

| Slot | Fuse | To |
|------|------|----|
| 1 | 20 A | Driver seat pin 1, motor power. SYSB is doubled onto this feed |
| 2 | 20 A | Passenger seat pin 1, motor power |
| 3 | 10 A | Driver seat pin 6, heater power |
| 4 | 10 A | Passenger seat pin 6, heater power |
| 5 | 10 A | Wago 221 in, controls bus |
| 6 | 5 A | USB-C port in the switch bezel |

## 3. Wago 221, 5-port, off fuse 5

| Port | To |
|------|----|
| L1 | Driver switch pin 10, IG |
| L2 | Passenger switch pin 10, IG |
| L3 | A/C amp G13-1, +B |
| L4 | spare |

## 4. Ground, one chassis stud

Driver seat pin 5 (W-B) · passenger seat pin 5 (W-B) · amp G13-14 · driver switch pin 4 E · passenger switch pin 4 E.

## 5. Switch pin map, both switches

Same footprint and same pin positions. Top row 6-5-4-3-2-1, bottom row 12-11-10-9-8-7, clip at the top.

| Pin | Driver i4 · 84752-60020 | Passenger i3 · 84752-60010 | Goes to |
|-----|-------------------------|----------------------------|---------|
| 6 | BLLH | BLRH | Amp |
| 12 | SW+ | SVS5 | Amp |
| 5 | SW− | SVSG | Amp |
| 2 | SW, heat signal | SW, heat signal | Seat |
| 7 | RV | RV | Seat |
| 10 | IG | IG | Wago |
| 4 | E | E | Ground |

## 6. Vent path, switch to amp to seat

| Switch pin | Amp pin | FSM color |
|------------|---------|-----------|
| Driver 6 BLLH | G12-16 SW4 | V |
| Driver 12 SW+ | G12-8 S5-2 | SB |
| Driver 5 SW− | G12-6 SG-5 | R |
| Passenger 6 BLRH | G12-15 SW5 | W |
| Passenger 12 SVS5 | G13-31 S5-4 | V |
| Passenger 5 SVSG | G13-35 SG-4 | G |

| Amp pin | To |
|---------|----|
| G12-10 LOUT | Driver seat pin 12 |
| G12-9 ROUT | Passenger seat pin 12 |

Amp power: G13-1 +B from Wago L3. Amp ground: G13-14 to chassis. Ten pins landed on the amp in total.

## 7. Heat path, switch straight to seat

The heater controller lives inside each seat. No amp involved. SW is the heat signal; RV runs to the heater's THL/THR side, which reads as the thermistor line.

| Switch pin | Driver seat | Passenger seat |
|------------|-------------|----------------|
| 2 SW, heat signal | pin 11 | pin 10 |
| 7 RV | pin 10 | pin 11 |

Pins 10 and 11 are swapped between the two seats. This was confirmed on the seats, not assumed.

## 8. Seat side, de-pinned into Deutsch DT

| DT cavity | Driver Rb1 | Passenger Qa1 |
|-----------|-----------|---------------|
| 1 | pin 1, motor power, fuse 1 | pin 1, motor power, fuse 2 |
| 2 | pin 6, heater power, fuse 3 | pin 6, heater power, fuse 4 |
| 3 | pin 5, ground W-B | pin 5, ground W-B |
| 4 | pin 12, vent, from LOUT | pin 12, vent, from ROUT |
| 5 | pin 11, SW heat signal | pin 10, SW heat signal |
| 6 | pin 10, RV | pin 11, RV |

Driver: six wires, DT 6-way. SYSB shares cavity 1 with the motor feed and splits back to pins 1 and 3 on the seat side. Passenger: six wires, DT 6-way.
Cavity order is a choice; this one keeps power and ground together and signals together.

## 9. Not wired

- Yellow, side airbag: mates to the FJ airbag harness. Driver keeps the FJ buckle. SRS care: both batteries disconnected, solar fuse pulled, wait, before touching.
- Gray, occupancy: leave as-is or mate to the FJ side.
- Blue: not used.
- Position sensor: FJ Hall sensor and option-2 magnet transfer onto the GX seat.
- Seat memory: not functional. SYSB powers the driver's lower and fore-aft motors; memory itself wants GX CAN bus.

## 10. Circuit count

4 seat power + 2 seat ground + 2 switch IG + 2 switch E + 6 switch-to-amp + 2 amp-to-seat + 4 heat + 2 amp power/ground + 1 USB-C = 25. SYSB is a branch of the driver motor feed, not its own circuit.

## Status

Verified on the truck: seat pinouts, switch pin map, amp pins, fuse block slots, ground returns, pin 4 switch ground on both sides, the per-side 10/11 swap, the heat-shrink fix, and the switch-to-amp pairing.

Not yet bench-tested: the vent path, switch to amp to seat pin 12. It comes from the FSM and LowVoltage's tables. Fine to publish with that said; it is the one path nobody has proven on this truck.

Settled since the May net list: main fuse is 40 A on 10 AWG. SYSB is not on the Wago; it is doubled onto the fuse 1 motor feed through the DT cavity. Driver switch ground is pin 4, not 3. Passenger switch uses the same pin positions as the driver.
